Delivery Process
When we have confirmed acceptance of your order we will despatch your Coolsleepwear products within 2 working days by Royal Mail. If you have not received the goods within 7 working days then please contact us by e-mail or phone.
Refunds & Returns
Refund Policy
We hope you are pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return any product, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be notified to us within 7 days of receipt, and goods received back by us within 30 days.
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges will be fully refunded when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when an item is simply unwanted.
Returns Procedure
Returns should be notified to us within 7 days of receipt, and goods received back by us within 30 days.
Returns can be made either:-
1. Using the On-Line returns form
Complete our contact form giving: order number and the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement. We will email you back with further instructions.
2. Telephone
Contact us on 01428 749594 giving details of your order number and reasons for return.
