Prices and Payment

The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are in GBP sterling and inclusive of VAT at the prevailing UK rate.

Postage, packaging and delivery charges as identified on the website will be charged in addition to the cost of the goods. The prices and delivery charges are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom. For delivery to any other country, please contact us on customerservice@coolsleepwear.co.uk for a quotation.

Coolsleepwear cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including the delivery charges).

Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us.

Our Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

1. The goods must be as new, unused and in saleable condition and returned in the original product packaging.
2. You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges). You will be responsible for any costs of delivering the goods back to us.

Ownership and title of the goods shall remain with Coolsleepwear and shall not pass to the Customer until the agreed price for them have been paid in full.

To the extent permitted by law, Coolsleepwear accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of the goods provided.

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.

Contracts are made and accepted subject to these Conditions of Sale. Contracts that are made in Scotland shall be governed by Scottish Law otherwise this contract shall be governed by English Law and no other.
In these terms and conditions:

"Coolsleepwear" means Magnetite Ltd
"Working day" means every day of the year except Saturday and Sunday and English statutory and public holidays;
"You" means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions;
